Award winning premium house builder CALA Homes launches inaugural TV advertising campaign across the UK. The television adverts are part of the house builder's ˜The time is now. Just ask CALA” campaign, which is designed to demonstrate to potential homebuyers that the CALA home they aspire to have is achievable.
Broadcast within key programmes on STV (Scottish region of the ITV Network) and across the whole of UK on the Good Food channel the campaign launched on the 21st January and will run until 12th February.
The TV advert and supporting press and online advertising campaign will build on the successful ˜Just Ask” campaign which has already resulted in a 12% increase in sales since 1 July, 2011.
“The Time is Now, Just Ask CALA” highlights that January and February is the time of the year when most new home purchasers are active in the market.

The TV advertisement is designed to bring CALA Homes brand to life by showcasing the quality of lifestyle a CALA home can offer.
The 30 second TV ad was filmed at CALA Homes Ickenham Park, its development of four- and five-bedroom family houses and mansion apartments in Ickenham Village, in the London Borough of Hillingdon. The five-bedroom detached Fairlane show home was chosen as the location to showcase the lifestyle which purchasers of all CALA homes can enjoy.
