The latest Voxida models feature a comprehensive software suite, with unlimited Voxida client application licenses, that allows users to record full time, on demand or by schedule, as well as monitor calls for quality assurance, as they transpire. Engineered to accommodate growth, Voxida has the ability to record telephone, screen, video, radio and other telecom interfaces in an all-inclusive solution. The Voxida systems can scale up or out, adapting to a corporation’s needs, whether that entails recording calls in a single location or in a multi-site, geodiverse environment.

Centralized administration capabilities and LDAP integration with single sign-on (SSO) support streamline recording, reporting and monitoring tasks.
