From that starting place, Capability Insights works in partnership with its clients to design changes to processes or new processes that create that "just-enough" structure the organization needs to move forward.
Peer to Leader Transition Program - Good people and good processes need strong and effective leadership. Calling someone a leader does not suddenly make them one! Even the best leaders must hone their skills as situations change. This service provides training, coaching and support to first time leaders or leaders in new situations. While great leaders are not born, it need not to take years for someone to become an effective leader on their way to being a great leader.
IT Process Overhaul - Few organizations can survive without IT and all great organizations apply IT to achieve the best from their people and processes. Capability Insights will assess the strengths and weaknesses and help redesign governance, software development, software procurement, project management and business analysis and requirements processes.

A great leader is made when he/she commits to their own development, courageously tackles process issues and works with their their people to design the business processes and automation support that acheive great results.

Brenda is a published writer on many IT and leadership topics and an accomplished researcher who keeps on top of industry trends and developments. She strongly believes in leveraging industry practices ensuring they are always tailored and augmented to meet each client’s needs and goals. As a founding member and volunteer for the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), she led the creation of the first edition of Body of Knowledge (BOK).
