The Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program has named Lauren Janning, an MBA student at Capella University (http://www.capella.edu ), as a finalist. The PMF program was created to attract outstanding men and women from a variety of academic disciplines and career paths into careers with the federal government. It is specifically for those who have an interest in, and commitment to, excellence in the leadership and management of public policies and programs. Janning, who lives in Villa Hills, Kentucky, is currently an operations manager for U.S. Bank. Since being named a finalist with the PMF program she has interviewed with several federal agencies, including the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force within the Department of Justice.
