"I'll continue to uphold ACHE's dedication to excellence in healthcare management for Arizona," said Reiter. "I am devoted to developing future healthcare leaders as well as supporting those now in the field through ACHE's outstanding resources and educational programs."

Reiter will serve a three-year term as the elected representative from Arizona. The role designates her as liaison between the national organization and state chapter. She will promote and raise awareness of ACHE programs, services, and activities. Reiter's goal as regent is to expand the state chapter by connecting members scattered throughout Arizona through tools such as webinars and teleconferences.

"Health care executives will be making the best use of their time receiving valuable information from educational presentations, and interacting with a statewide audience while having the ability to remain at their facility."

Reiter, who is board certified in healthcare management as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), is pursuing her doctorate in health care administration at Capella. She has served as manager of Ambulatory Specialty Services at Maricopa Integrated Health System since 2005.
