Having released several press releases in recent weeks regarding site improvements, amendments and new contracts, Carhire.co.uk continues to add services to the site as part of a huge overhaul with a new vehicle filter system going live on the web sites car hire search results page last Friday.

Previously it was possible to select vehicles with a certain gear box type or air conditioning but now it is possible to select seven seated vehicles only and limit results by vehicle class size.

A spokesmen for carhire.co.uk commented: “yes we have continued to make further enhancements to the site, particularly the results page allowing users to filter the results slightly more. This will allow those looking for a certain size vehicle to find it quickly using our service.”

“There are further changes set to be put live in the coming weeks to help improve usability of the site, the overall comparison offered and also the rank ability of the site in search engines so everything is looking good for the overall site update.”

When questioned regarding the Which Travel report on car hire in Spain the car hire staff member commented: “there are several different fuel conditions but sites like ourselves detail these after a vehicle has been selected, some providers offer a full tank of fuel which is required to be returned full, some offer a half full system, some do request a tank of fuel is purchased when picking up the vehicle and some even offer the customer the choice. We do recommend that customers are fully aware of the rental conditions before confirming a rental as the whole point of pre-booking a car hire vehicle is to save money.”
