The new site will act as an extension to the existing Case Luggage stores providing a true multichannel offering, giving customers the ability to Reserve and Collect products online, for collection & purchase at their nearest store, or by taking advantage of fast & next day delivery options on the majority of products that are available online. Customers also have the ability to review their products after purchase, and leave their comments for future customers.
The website has been designed using the latest technology so the site is compatible with today's browsers, tablets and mobile devices. A fully customized mobile website has been developed and will launch in the near future enabling customers to purchase luggage and travel accessories whilst on the move.
Within the new caseluggage.com site a new, unique & exciting feature has been implemented allowing customers access to a carry-on size guide. When the customer is viewing a carry-on product, they can choose to view a list of airlines that the product is suitable for. For example, the airline checker will inform the customer whether or not the Samsonite Cosmolite carry-on that they have chosen is the correct size to take on board a Ryanair flight.
