All-American Care Announces Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
SCHAUMBURG, Ill. (Business Wire EON/PRWEB ) June 10, 2008 --
All-American Care, Inc., a
SEC reporting company, announces that Christopher
Casey joins the company as Chief Financial Officer, effective
immediately. Casey will have management responsibility for all joint
ventures, mergers and acquisitions, strategic positioning of Company
assets through acquisition and disposition, and representing and
negotiating financing on behalf of the Company. He will report to Jerry
Rhoads, President and Chief Executive Officer. "After an exhaustive
search both inside and outside the long term care industry, I am pleased
that Chris Casey has joined All-American Care as our new Chief
Financial Officer,” Rhoads comments. “Chris
brings with him impeccable credentials and an impressive track record of
improved company performance in every position he's held."
Previously serving as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of Senior
Capital, LLC, Casey led efforts raising private equity to be used for
the mergers and acquisitions of skilled nursing homes, assisted living
and other senior living facilities to be operated by Senior Care Group,
a 501 c (3). Prior to that post, Casey was President of Casey Medical,
LLC, a leading distributor of orthopedic implants in the Atlanta, GA
market. In addition, he was Executive Vice President and partner in
Physician Resources, which owned and developed physician networks.
Casey resides in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife of 16 years and their
two children. Casey will work from his Franklin office and travel to the
corporate office for key meetings and to the locale of potential M&A
candidates to conduct due diligence and to lead negotiations. "I am
