Boise, Idaho (PRWEB) July 31, 2012
Robinson & Associates, Inc., today announced that the company’s chief executive officer, Martin R. Baird, will participate in two customer service panel discussions at the Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association Conference and Trade Show in mid-August in Oklahoma City.
Baird will speak from 10 to 11 a.m. Aug. 14 during a panel presentation titled “10 Top Things to Good Customer Service.” The session will explore ideas to keep casino customers coming back to play again and again. Baird will speak from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Aug. 15 during a panel presentation titled “Treat Your Employees Right and They Will Treat Your Customers Right.” That session will delve into how good internal customer service leads to great external customer service.
The conference will be held at the Cox Convention Center.
“There are two critical elements to having a successful casino,” Baird says. “First is an outstanding gaming experience. That clearly is one of the ways to keep guests coming back to play again and again. Employees create the excellent gaming experience by providing stellar customer service.
“Second, any casino that does not treat its employees right will struggle against strong headwinds and fail to reach its potential for success. Happy employees pave the way for having happy guests. Employees are the casino’s front-line contact with customers and that is where the catalyst for success occurs. Treat employees right and they will reciprocate with customers.”
