Robinson & Associates, Inc., today announced that the company’s chief executive officer, Martin R. Baird, will participate in two customer service panel discussions at the Oklahoma Indian Gaming Association Conference and Trade Show in mid-August in Oklahoma City.

Baird will speak from 10 to 11 a.m. Aug. 14 during a panel presentation titled “10 Top Things to Good Customer Service.” The session will explore ideas to keep casino customers coming back to play again and again. Baird will speak from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Aug. 15 during a panel presentation titled “Treat Your Employees Right and They Will Treat Your Customers Right.” That session will delve into how good internal customer service leads to great external customer service.

The conference will be held at the Cox Convention Center.
