Robinson & Associates, Inc., today announced an easy-to-complete 30-question quiz that casino employees can take to help them determine if they are good at providing outstanding customer service.

“Many casino employees think they are exceptional at providing stellar service to their casino’s guests,” says Martin R. Baird, chief executive officer of Robinson & Associates, a guest service consulting firm to the global gaming industry. “I’m talking about the kind of service that encourages guests to return to a casino again and again. Some employees truly are great at service and some aren’t even close.

“One way to settle this is for employees to take the following true-or-false customer service quiz. All it requires is honesty and a few minutes. By the way, all employees with any degree of customer contact should take the quiz – from general managers to beverage servers. After all, everyone who works at a casino should consider themselves to be in the customer service business.”
