The paperback version of Transform Your Body after 40, a Women’s Guide to Weight Loss & Fitness has been released on Amazon after its launch on Kindle. The launch was celebrated this week with a party in Berlin.
The book has already been launched across Europe as a Kindle publication and now looks to do equally well as a paperback.
Transform Your Body after 40, a Women’s Guide to Weight Loss & Fitness is a health and fitness book with a difference. Catherine Piot explains it as follows: ‘My book is not a diet book. Science tells us this is not the way to lose weight in a healthy way. I want women to look and feel better for the rest of their lives and that won’t happen over night. People need to be told the truth, not some lie about a magic pill or that they can get down to that perfect size by just skipping a meal a day.’
The author is a Master Trainer, performance nutrition specialist and fitness trainer with over 20 years of experience in helping women and men transform their bodies.
