Call Center applicants must be able to handle a large volume of calls while maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism. Applicants should be articulate, confident, and outgoing, as well as self-motivated, team-oriented, and open-minded. Basic computer proficiency is a must, and previous telephone sales experience is a plus. A high school diploma is required, but a college degree is preferred.
