Convention Data Services(CDS) has created a complete suite of mobile products to enhance the event experience for exhibitors, attendees and show management. The mobile products, which include a proprietary lead retrieval app, have three components and were designed to provide the entire event audience with complete mobile functionality.

The features and benefits include:
X•Press LeadApp, a proprietary lead retrieval app developed in-house at CDS, works on all iPhone and Android smart phones. Support for Blackberry smart phones will be available in 2011. LeadApp is available in smart phone markets and lets exhibitors scan a badge or manually enter a badge ID. What differentiates this LeadApp from similar products is the real-time connection to the event database. This gives exhibitors the ability to retrieve attendee details, even from those that have just registered onsite. All leads are uploaded to the X•Press Leads portal. For international users or in the case of no connectivity, there is an off-line mode with full lead capture functionality. Additionally, the app provides exhibitors with the ability to:
- Review the entire leads list on their phone and add and display lead details directly from the leads list.
- Add notes and answer qualifying questions.
- Swap LeadApp licenses so personal phones remain personal when exhibitors leave their booth.
For Show Management
X•Press eReports provides show management with real-time, onsite reporting on all web enabled phones and ensures that key registration information is immediately available to them on and off the show floor. The real-time event metrics are drawn from the X•Press Reports system, which keeps all reports accurate and consistent. The mobile reporting system features and benefits to show management:
- Pre-formatted reports showing the most requested information
- Real-time data provides show managers with information on-the-go
