CNA HealthPro and the Professional Protector Plan® for Dentists are pleased to announce a new online dental continuing education course offering, the CNA HealthPro Dental Professional Liability Risk Management Program.

One of the most comprehensive dental risk management courses available, this interactive online CE course is designed for dentists and dental staff members who seek to enhance patient care and learn how reduce the risk of a malpractice claim. The course will provide participating dental professionals with skills, ideas and techniques to assist in better management of patients care.

The course consists of five modules, including dental malpractice claim examples and discussion of associated dental risk management issues. A short exam follows each module, making it easy to progress through the course at an individual pace. This informative program is designed to motivate dentists to assess their practice, apply critical thinking based upon the information presented as well as make prudent choices that enhance patient care and help reduce the risk of a malpractice claim.

Continuing education credit will be awarded upon course completion. Additionally, all dentists insured through the Professional Protector Plan® for Dentists who complete the course will receive a credit on their professional liability premium upon renewal for three consecutive policy years, if eligible.
