Penn National Insurance has recognized billing as a primary customer touchpoint and by selecting CEDAR’s Agile Communications Platform for CCM/SDO, has taken steps to modernize and streamline the entire experience.

CEDAR Document Technologies (CEDAR), a provider of cloud/hosted managed services solutions, today announced that Penn National Insurance has selected CEDAR’s Agile Communication Platform to modernize and manage the design of customer communications.

Following an extensive evaluation process, Penn National Insurance, a leading property-casualty (P&C) mutual insurance company writing both personal and commercial lines coverages in 11 states, selected CEDAR’s Agile Communications Platform to help manage all elements of the company’s billing communications lifecycle. By working with CEDAR, Penn National Insurance will enhance print and mail management through postal optimization and modern bill redesign, thereby making billing communications more personal and usable.

Implementation of CEDAR’s Agile Communications Platform will increase business user control through use of enterprise content management (ECM) tools to create and deliver personally relevant content, which will improve customer satisfaction and retention levels while increasing self-servicing capabilities.
