Bellflower Self-Storage is a California based company operating facilities across the state. The self-storage operator was receiving ancillary income through site rental revenue generated by a cell tower located on the self-storage property.

Concerned with the status of their cell tower lease, Bellflower approached Vertical Consultants to review the cell tower lease associated with the self-storage property. Upon review, the telecom consulting firm discovered terms within the lease that deemed it extremely undervalued, warranting negotiations to increase the self-storage company's cell tower rent revenue.
