Vertical Consultants proudly announces the Nashville, TN based telecom consulting firm has dramatically increased another client’s cell tower rent. The Cincinnati, Ohio based client, Compass Self-Storage, is a cell tower landlord receiving ancillary income in the form of monthly cell tower rents.

Vertical Consultants, upon the completion of their complimentary cell tower lease review, discovered terms within Compass Self-Storage’s cell tower lease that were not in the best interest of the self-storage company, warranting a renegotiation of the client’s lease.
