Vertical Consultants announces recent negotiations surrounding a cell tower transaction with a Florida based cell tower company have led to significant monetary gain for their client, Doucet Bros., Inc. The telecom consulting firm was able to negotiate a 64% increase the initial offer to purchase their client’s cell tower. Doucet Bros., Inc. is a New Orleans based shopping center developer with properties located through the southeastern United States.

In 2012, Vertical Consultants was approached by Doucet Bros. to facilitate and negotiate the sale of a cell tower owned by the shopping center developer.
