SecureCare Self Storage presently leases certain real property to Verizon for the occupancy and use of certain cell tower facilities at its Wilmington, North Carolina property. The collection of underpaid rent from Verizon dates back to 2006 and represents a significant recovery for SecureCare Self Storage.
