The client’s site associated with the cell tower lease negotiations is Stor-Haus Self-Storage located in Corvallis, Oregon. Receiving ancillary income from revenue produced by a cell tower located on the self-storage site, Kevin Howard Real Estate engaged Vertical Consultants to inquire about the status of the lease associated with the cell tower structure.

Upon Vertical Consultants’ review of the lease, the telecom consulting firm discovered terms within the lease that warranted negotiations related to the agreement. The negotiations, facilitated by Vertical Consultants experts, led to an immediate 78% increase in cell tower rent for Kevin Howard Real Estate. In addition to the increase in cell tower rent, Vertical Consultants also negotiated the real estate developer’s right to revenue sharing of all future revenues produced from the cell tower structure.
