We are excited to welcome the business community to Superior Woodcraft and to showcase these local farmers and entrepreneurs

Superior Woodcraft, nationally recognized custom cabinetmaker, will host a business card exchange for the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, February 18th, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. This is a free event, open to the public and will be held at Superior Woodcraft’s showroom located at 160 N. Hamilton Street, Doylestown, PA. All business and media organizations, as well as other local chamber members, are invited to attend.

Business card exchanges are a popular platform for local businesses to make new contacts, build relationships and generate leads. For this exchange, Superior Woodcraft has added a Locavore theme to signify the value of supporting local, independently owned business. “Most notably,” commented Amanda Bertele of Superior Woodcraft, “maintaining a sustainable local economy preserves the character of our community, creates jobs and provides revenue for local schools, programs and other critical resources."

Guest can mingle while sampling hors d'ouvres created by Susan Jacobs of Soup to Nuts Caterers with ingredients from local growers including Blue Moon Acres, Meadowbrook Farms and Trauger’s. Farmstead cheese and charcuterie from Hendricks Farm and Dairy, artisanal bread from Crossroads Bake Shop, handcrafted chocolates from Raymer’s Homemade Candies, decadent cakes from Doug’s Cakes, gluten-free fare from Virago Baking Co. and local wines presented by Andre’s Wine and Cheese Shop help round out the gourmet offerings.

“We are excited to welcome the business community to Superior Woodcraft and to showcase these local farmers and entrepreneurs," said Michelle Kennedy, president of Superior Woodcraft. "The Locavore concept is growing rapidly because it lies at the core of the ‘buy local’ movement, and we are fortunate to live in an area that is rich and diverse in agriculture as well as industry. It’s a pleasure to host this special networking night, to celebrate local businesses and support our local farms,” continued Kennedy.
