Dealership receives commendation from CSC Credit Services for efforts to protect privacy.

Chad Franklin's Legend Suzuki of Kansas City has successfully met the requirements of a compliance review initiated by CSC Credit Services. Last month, the dealership received a letter of commendation from CSC for "efforts to comply with CSC Credit Services requirements for users of Consumer Credit Information."

CSC Credit Services randomly audits, without notification, its customer base for compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) regulations. The FCRA protects consumers of unauthorized access to their credit report. CSC chose Legend Suzuki of Kansas City at random in accordance with their service agreement.
