On Tuesday, March 4, the website will host "Spring into Action," a day of free, live, online classes to promote healthy, balanced bodies, minds and souls.
"During the winter, we slow down and turn inward," says EJ Lim, director of ChangeYourEnergy.com. "It's important to get your energy flowing again in the Spring. It helps reawaken our bodies, minds and souls and empowers us to enter the new season with greater health, balance and confidence.”
During "Spring into Action," users will have the option to attend three different classes specifically designed for physical fitness and emotional balance. Each class will be led by a professional instructor who will be available to answer your questions and address your concerns through live chatting.

Power Yoga & Breathing

Connect to the root of your vital life energy through this empowering and centering yoga class.
On the day of the event, login information will be posted on the ChangeYourEnergy.com homepage. To attend classes, users can simply click to enter the digital classrooms. Classrooms will open 30 minutes prior to the listed start time of each lesson.
Class space is limited and is granted on a first-come-first-served basis, so users are encouraged to join early.
