ChannelAdvisor, a solution provider that enables online retailers to improve efficiency and increase revenue, announced today that customer eForCity, Corp., an online consumer electronic accessories retailer, is the only company to ever acquire feedback from more than two million customers on eBay, shattering the record it set almost two years before when it reached one million feedback responses.

A testament to its explosive growth and scalability, eForCity worked for eight years to achieve one million feedback responses in November of 2008, then surpassed two million feedback less than two years later.
