Since being founded during the unstable economic climate of 2008, Johns Island-based Ingle Interiors has grown to become a successful and trusted firm for interior design projects throughout the South Carolina lowcountry.

With focus on residential and resort properties, the firm’s principal designers, Erin Glennon and Amy Inlow, have strived to create comfortably elegant spaces for numerous clients in Charleston and along the coast. “Communication is key,” said Glennon, “We’ve found that no one likes surprises. Even if it’s information the client may not want to hear, we always keep them in the loop.”

The firm’s strategy is simple: hard work, attention to detail, and always putting the client’s needs first. Adherence to this philosophy has resulted in a string of successes for Ingle Interiors. In 2011 they moved into a new office space on Johns Island. A contributor to the MUSC Children’s Hospital fundraiser, Ingle Interiors has taken home awards for their Festival of Wreaths designer competition in 2010 and 2011.

Ingle Interiors has been referred by a number of realtors and property managers at the Kiawah Island Golf Resort and at Wild Dunes on the Isle of Palms. The firm recently had one of their Kiawah Island interior design projects photographed for the 2012 spring issue of Dabble Magazine.

In addition to their work in the Kiawah Island and Charleston areas, Ingle Interiors has set their sights on projects outside of the Carolinas and hopes to expand within the year. “I love everything about the coastal style of the southeast but also look forward to designing out of my comfort zone—it’s a great way to keep you on your toes!” says Glennon.
