Come explore our immaculate vessels
Brisbane, CA (Vocus/PRWEB) July 18, 2011
Marti McMahon, owner of premier San Francisco charter boat company Yacht Connections International (YCI Charters), will host a dockside open house on July 27, 2011 from 4 to 7pm. A freshly made “Taste of San Francisco Cuisine” buffet, wine, and—of course—champagne will be served to guests aboard YCI Charters’ two lavishly appointed yachts, the Yacht Lady and the California Spirit. These two beautiful boats are berthed at Pier 40 – South Beach Harbor at Embarcadero and Townsend near AT&T Ballpark, home of the World Series-winning Giants.
“Come explore our immaculate vessels,” invited McMahon. “Our yachts are specially designed with your utmost comfort and enjoyment in mind.”
This Yacht Lady is a sleek 80’ Monte Fino, ideal for intimate business and pleasure engagements. The luxurious interior is appointed with camphor wood cabinetry, sumptuous fabrics, and upholstered ceilings and wall. For overnight accommodations there are four guest staterooms, each with its own private bathroom. Separate crew quarters allow for ample privacy. The maximum number of passengers for cruising or dockside events is twelve. The recommended maximum number of guests for overnight accommodation is six.
The elegant California Spirit is an open and spacious 100’ Westport that features the warmth of wood and black granite detail and five luxurious bathrooms. The California Spirit was recently refreshed to include elegant touches such as a new bridal changing room. The galley provides ample space for the chef to create cutting-edge cuisine while cruising on San Francisco Bay. Events can be staged throughout the beautiful salons and spacious exterior decks, where there is plenty of space to move about and mingle. The vessel is perfect for any formal or casual event as intimate as 15 guests and up to 149 guests.
The dockside open house will showcase some of the menu items from YCI’S “Taste of San Francisco Cuisine,” which finds inspiration in various neighborhoods of the City by the Bay. The Union Square Carvery Station station features pepper-crusted beef tenderloin with caramelized onions served with focaccia and San Francisco sourdough bread. Come down to China Town for authentic favorites like roasted duck and shiitake mushrooms in butter leaf lettuce cups and vegetable chow mein in “to go” boxes. North Beach has an Italian-inspired pesto-penne salad with sundried tomatoes, Reggiano cheese, and fresh basil. For dessert, visit the Ghirardelli Square station to savor rich brownies made in-house with Ghirardelli chocolate and dip fresh strawberries in chocolate as a finale.
In addition to [San Francisco charter cruises, Yacht Connections International offers dockside events at a special discounted rate. The Yacht Lady is a unique and private venue perfect for lunch, wedding proposals, or VIP board meetings. Guests can enjoy meal service on the outside deck, in the comfortable main salon, or “yachting style,” where food is offered to guests throughout the yacht as they enjoy the ever-changing views.
