The economic climate has led to cost cutting across the board and one particular industry which is benefiting from this is the refurbished and used laptops industry. The Cheap Laptops Centre has noticed that recently more and more of their customers were turning to the higher specification laptops which had been refurbished. Recent examination of the orders compared to those six months ago have seen a 50% increase in sales of some models of refurbished laptops.
Shoppers are now more aware of ways in which you can get more for your money and this may lead to further trends beyond the computer industry with refurbished home appliances, televisions and increasingly mobile smart phones hitting the market.
Cheap Dell laptops when bought refurbished can be up to £200 cheaper for a model with specifications equivalent to the brand new models. Laptops which have been manufacturer refurbished are almost like new and come with a warranty, clean hard drive and therefore have significant advantages compared to buying a normal used laptop.
