I think most travel gurus would tell you that if you are truly looking for the absolute lowest fare on a flight, you’d probably have to go from looking at one comparison site to looking at as many as possible
London, United Kingdom (PRWEB UK) 25 April 2013
April showers bring May flowers, and a trip to see the blooms at London’s famed Chelsea Flower show might be just the ticket for many travelers this May - but a bit of flight comparison should definitely be on any savvy traveler’s pre-flight check list.
For most, that’s as easy as one, two, three: 1. Head on over to one of the popular flight finder sites like Kayak or Hipmunk, 2. Book the cheapest flight available, and 3. Get ready to tiptoe through the tulips in London this May.
Not so fast, says Shah Sid, CEO of search site CheapFlightsFinder.com.
“You might want to double check that your favorite fare comparison site is really giving you the lowest available fare,” says Sid. “Every fare comparison site has different agreements with different companies –that will determine the fares it has access to and can offer you. As a result, some fare comparison sites will offer the lowest fares on a given flight, and other sites will have the lowest fares on other flights. You just never know.”
“I think most travel gurus would tell you that if you are truly looking for the absolute lowest fare on a flight, you’d probably have to go from looking at one comparison site to looking at as many as possible,” says Sid. “So, yes, that’s a lot of hopping around the Internet and kind of a pain. That’s where CheapFlightsFinder.com comes in. Fare shoppers can just click on to CheapFlightsFinder.com and no more hopping around.”
It’s one stop comparison-shopping, with easy one-click access to 15 of the biggest fare comparison sites on the Internet.
And in a recent informal survey of fares to London from New York and Frankfurt, it seems a quick perusal of CheapFligtsFinder.com would certainly pay off: for a departure to London on May 18th and returning May 25th the New York to London fare on Kayak was $1135, compared to $1214 on Hipmunk. The Frankfurt to London fare on SkyScanner was $220 compared to Momondo’s fare of only $169 – a nearly 25% savings.
