Modern Marvels: Cheese explores both ancient techniques and new technologies behind some of the world's most popular cheeses. Viewers will travel through history from the Roman Empire's diversity of cheeses to the birth of industrial cheese in the 19th century, visiting Wisconsin cow pastures and giant cheese factories to discover how cheese is made.
