West Midlands based Cherished Number Plates dealer, Platinum Plates, have further demonstrated their commitment to offer unrivalled customer service and security to their existing and potential clients by joining the Cherished Number Dealers Association, CNDA.

The CNDA was originally established in 1971 to represent responsible dealers and protect customers’ interests. The CNDA joined the Retail Motor Industry Federation, RMI, in 1993. The RMI is one of the United Kingdoms largest trade bodies with in excess of 10,000 members from many aspects of the Motor Trade including Franchised Dealers, Independent Garages, Motor Auctions, Cherished Number Dealers, Body Shop and Petrol.

The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency, DVLA, have been supportive of the CNDA’s efforts to raise standards within the cherished number plates industry.

CNDA members adhere to a strict code of conduct and in the unlikely event of any problems the Association can intervene to resolve any disputes.

Platinum Plates Director Andrew Swyers commented: “Joining the CNDA further outlines our commitment to put customers at the forefront of everything we do. Having been members of MIRAD (Members of the Industry of Registration Agents of Dealers) for many years, we are now one of only a very few dealers that can claim to be a member of the two recognised bodies within our Industry.”

Established in 1998 Platinum Plates offer cherished number plates at discounted prices many of the dvla number plates supplied can be transferred quickly. The company also provide cherished number plate valuations free of charge.
