As awareness deepens one realizes that all the challenges that life brings are an invitation to be living joyously, lovingly and to get clear and be free. Then one starts going with the right intensity with the right emphasis and right priority in living.

By organizing lots of old and new practices like total dancing, breath awareness techniques, silent sittings, free weekly meditation classes, meditation courses, guest workshops, retreats and other awareness and celebration oriented events in Chicago, Inner Metamorphosis University (I.M.U) has supported people discover deep inner peace, aspects of friendliness, respect and gratitude for others as well as for oneself. Inner Metamorphosis University is thrilled to present a talk series with mystic and initiator of the I.M.U. Bhashkar Perinchery on “Living Consciously, Compassionately, Creatively for a Life in Lasting Fulfillment” which will be hosted at their meditation center in Chicago on August 5th, 6th and 7th 2012.

Bhashkar emphasizes on the how to connect deeply and consciously with oneself and others. Talking about this he says, “When basic factors like consciousness, compassion and creativity are applied to life, one discovers that life is an alive playful process and not a blind struggle or a serious fighting heavy affair. So even if there is seriousness, heaviness in some connections and a lot of tension, if one is not identified with the reactions of heaviness arising within oneself, then one can free the energy which otherwise is getting trapped. One also then creates a supportive framework for others to come out of this pattern. He further adds, “Often people hold onto the seriousness and heaviness by thinking that nobody will take them seriously, nobody will be respectful of them; everybody will take them for granted and will not listen to that what they say or feel. In the connection with others, when one wants to be supportive one just needs to bring in the quality of awareness within oneself."

Explaining about awareness, he says, “The interesting thing about awareness or consciousness is that at first it is a small lamp with which one is searching in vast dark area. Then gradually one sees one’s awareness deepening and spreading in such a way that there is less of darkness, less of entangling processes taking place. This is very valuable to recognize. By bringing the attention to that which is taking place inside one is not losing anything, on the contrary, one becomes more enriched, more alive and unburdened. As awareness deepens one realizes that all the challenges that life brings are an invitation to be living joyously, lovingly and to get clear and be free. Then one starts going with the right intensity with the right emphasis and with the right priority in living.”
