Mondial LLC and @properties have announced major price reductions on Chicago condominiums at Mondial River West in conjunction with the grand opening of the new-construction high-rise located at 910 W. Huron St., in downtown Chicago.
Homebuyers in Phase I of the 141-unit development will save approximately 10 to 30 percent off original list prices for the Chicago condominiums, which offer unobstructed city views and high-end finishes. Phase I pricing is available on a limited number of homes.
Loft condominiums that were priced from $249,000 now start at $189,900. One-bedroom, one-bath condos that were priced from $329,900 are now priced from $219,900. Two-bedroom, two-bath condos that were priced from $429,000 now start at $329,900. One-bedroom-plus-den and three-bedroom floor plans are also available.
Indoor parking has been discounted to $9,000. Special financing programs for initial buyers are available through Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, the development’s preferred lender.
