Children of America Opens New Childcare Center in Pennsylvania

World Wide Child Care Corp. (Pink Sheets:WWCC) announces that its subsidiary Children of America (http://www.childrenofamerica.com), a leading U.S. provider of childcare and after-school programs, will officially open its new childcare center in New Britain, Pennsylvania on Monday, August 27th.

Based on our research, there is significant demand in this area for our centers and our approach to early childhood education.

    The announcement was made jointly by Thad Pryor, president and CEO, and Jim Perretty, executive vice president.

"Children of America's expansion will make high quality childcare available to more families in Pennsylvania," said Pryor. "Based on our research, there is significant demand in this area for our centers and our approach to early childhood education."

The 12,600 square foot childcare center in New Britain will serve up to 200 children. It is Children of America's fourth new center to open in Bucks/Montgomery County over the last year. Another new center will open in North Wales, Pennsylvania next month.

Children of America currently operates 15 centers in Virginia and Pennsylvania and will open 32 additional facilities by 2008 in New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Michigan, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

Curriculum Designed By National Expert

Children of America's learning curriculum is designed by Dr. Vicki Folds, one of the nation's leading child development experts. It includes:

-- "Tray Tasking" - Hands-on learning program promotes early reading and writing

-- Interactive "Old Towne Colony" teaches through fun activities

-- Baby signs for infants and Spanish for preschoolers

-- Phonological Awareness Literacy Screening (PALS)

Rigorous Safety Standards

Each center is designed with stringent safety features to protect every child. These include:

-- Centers require a unique PIN to gain access

-- Remote video monitoring with internet access for parents

-- Outdoor play areas built to the highest safety standards
