Children of America Opens New Childcare Centers in Pennsylvania, Virginia

World Wide Child Care Corp. (Pink Sheets:WWCC) announces that its subsidiary, Children of America (http://www.childrenofamerica.com), a leading U.S. provider of childcare and after-school programs, opened new childcare centers in North Wales, Pennsylvania and Bealeton, Virginia on Monday, October 8th.

    The announcement was made jointly by Thad Pryor, president and CEO, and Jim Perretty, executive vice president.

"Children of America's expansion will make high quality childcare available to more families in Pennsylvania and Virginia," said Pryor. "Based on our research, there is significant demand in this area for our centers and our approach to early childhood education."

The 10,000 sq ft free-standing childcare center in North Wales will serve up to 200 children and is the fifth new center to open in Pennsylvania. The 8,500 sq ft free-standing childcare center in Bealeton will serve up to 200 children and is the 11th new center to open in Virginia.

Children of America currently operates 16 centers in Virginia and Pennsylvania and will open 32 additional facilities by 2008 in New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Michigan, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Virginia. The company also plans to open 300 new childcare centers throughout the Midwest.

Curriculum Designed By National Expert

Children of America's learning curriculum is designed by Dr. Vicki Folds, one of the nation's leading child development experts. It includes:

-- "Tray Tasking" - Hands-on learning program promotes early reading and writing

-- Interactive "Old Towne Colony" teaches through fun activities

-- Baby signs for infants and Spanish for preschoolers

-- Phonological Awareness Literacy Screening (PALS)

Each center is designed with stringent safety features to protect every child. These include:

-- Centers require a unique PIN to gain access

-- Remote video monitoring with internet access for parents

-- Outdoor play areas built to the highest safety standards
