New Game App Company Owner Chris Luck Talks About his Past as an Entrepreneur

There’s an old adage that’s says home is where the heart is, and for Chris Luck, ditching a life as an online marketing entrepreneur to become the owner of a new company called Appiteks, is where his heart is.

“In my past as an entrepreneur, I started my own business by leveraging the Internet,” said Luck. “I began by hustling my way through, putting money in the back, with cold calling small companies online that I found to have an awful web presence. I would simply offer to build them new websites and put together marketing plans to gain their exposure online.”

Luck explained that over the years as an online entrepreneur, he discovered the world of search engine optimization.

“I was busy doing very cool and simple tricks, both on websites and off websites, to completely "Paint" the whole first page of Google for any search term I wanted,’” Luck stressed.

Luck noted that he took the knowledge he gained in search engine optimization, and entered the world of affiliate marketing, where at the time, eBay and Amazon was just getting started.

“I made a killing by driving traffic to those websites in exchange for affiliate commissions per signup,” Luck said. “I did that by building networks of blogs and search engine optimized pages that simply directed traffic from the search engines to me, to eBay, and Amazon.”

Then as the Internet evolved, Luck said, “I found many more places that paid affiliates money for sending them traffic, email signups, you name it.”

Luck added that during the past decade as an online marketing entrepreneur, what bothered him was that he was not working in his passion.

“Now I've built Appiteks, LLC, and I've begun my journey to make my mark in the gaming industry, starting with iOS apps,” Luck said. “My past as an entrepreneur was rewarding, but now I have my sights set on working in my passion and those who download games developed by my company, will definitely love what we create.”
