Online Christmas Store Offers Christmastime Solutions

OutdoorChristmasLights.net solves the common problem of tangled Christmas lights and shares insight with customers for free.

Salt Lake City, Utah (PRWEB) November 3, 2006 -- OutdoorChristmasLights.net offers customers more than just Christmas lights: they offer solutions to Christmas light woes. Everyone has faced an unmanageable tangle of holiday lights. Now, with the help of Outdoor Christmas Lights, everyone can unsnarl his or her Christmas decorations.

No, the online Christmas store is not trying to sell expensive devices to organize and store lights. Rather, they have come up with a few inexpensive solutions, solutions that require little more than basic household items.

For instance, after the holidays, there are certain to be leftover wrapping paper cardboard tubes laying about the house. Take one of these wrapping paper tubes and cut a slit in each end of it. Then take one end of your Christmas lights, thread it through the slit, wind your lights up around the tube, and thread the other end through the opposite slit.

If you have already thrown out or recycled your wrapping paper tubes, you can use the same concept as above, but with a square piece of cardboard. The great thing about a regular piece of flat cardboard is that it is oftentimes easier to store than a round cardboard tube.
With both of these solutions, it is important to ensure that the lights are secure in both of the slits. In fact, you may wish to doubly secure your lights by taping the ends down with a piece of masking tape.

For longer strands of lights, you may choose to wrap them around something larger. For instance, you may choose to place all of your Christmas tree decorations in a box, then wrap your Christmas lights around that box, securing the ends with tape or drilling a hole at the top and bottom of the box and threading the ends through.

The aforementioned ideas are only a few of the solutions that OutdoorChristmasLights.net has listed on their website, along with multiple Christmas lighting options.
