Braintree Printing and Graphic Litho Owners Attend Winston Churchill 138th Birthday Commemoration

Two Massachusetts digital and offset printing industry owners, Jim Corliss of Braintree Printing and Ralph Wilbur of Graphic Litho, attended a dinner and lecture at the Union Club, Boston, in commemoration of Winston Churchill’s 138th birthday. The annual event was sponsored by the New England Churchillian’s, an affiliate of the international non-profit organization, The Churchill Centre.

Jim Corliss, owner of Braintree Printing, and Ralph Wilbur, Graphic Litho owner, attended the annual celebration of Winston Churchill’s birthday at the Union Club in Boston on October 29, 2012.

Sponsored by the New England Churchillian’s, an affiliate of the international non-profit organization, The Churchill Centre, this year’s celebration honored the British leader’s 138th birthday. Susie Kitchens, Britain’s Consul General to New England was the featured speaker.

Founded in 1968, The Churchill Centre educates new generations on the leadership and vision of former British prime minister Sir Winston Churchill who led his country to victory against Nazi Germany in World War II. A non-profit organization, The Churchill Centre has 4000 members worldwide.

Corliss said he and Wilbur regularly collaborate on printing jobs and also share a fascination for world history. “Ralph and I are history buffs so I was excited to accept his invitation to the Churchill commemoration,” he said.

Corliss is the owner of Braintree Printing in Braintree MA, a trade printer serving brokers and printers in New York and New England. Wilbur is the owner of Graphic Litho in Lawrence, MA which services the same region.
