Timmons Group Selected by the City of Colonial Heights to Create New Image for Government Center Corridor

Timmons Group, an ENR 500 Design Firm and a leader in multi-discipline civil engineering consulting services, announced today that the firm was awarded a contract with Colonial Heights to provide streetscape/landscape architecture services to create a new image for the Government Center Corridor of Route 1 through the City.

Timmons Group, an ENR 500 Design Firm and a leader in multi-discipline civil engineering consulting services, announced today that the firm was awarded a contract with Colonial Heights to provide streetscape/landscape architecture services to create a new image for the Government Center Corridor of Route 1 through the City.

Funds will be used to implement phase one, which includes access management, signage, landscaping, lighting, accessibility and enhanced pedestrian connectivity. The City of Colonial Heights, teaming with the business community, is making a major commitment to the beautification and safety of this corridor.
