After years of studying both traditional and alternative medicine, in regard to sleep, author Claes Zell felt it was time to share his findings with the world and other sleep sufferers. “Insomnia and Stretch to Sleep-Program” (published by iUniverse) is his look at different techniques in both fields of medicine and which ones worked for him.
Readers are treated to an easy, accessible program that has helped Zell find peaceful slumber in past 30 years, since its conception. The program teaches readers specific stretches that will allow them to release the pent up stress that they have accumulated over the day. Zell guarantees that these stretches will change most parts of readers’ sleep lives forever and improve the daily appearance for the other part.
An excerpt from “Insomnia and Stretch to Sleep-Program”:
“For many people, stretching is essential, and they practice it almost every day. For instance, looking at athletics, stretching is an important part of daily training. It is used in the beginning and the end of sessions to maintain accurate muscle status and reduce tensions of muscles, whatever the athlete is practicing. Of course, you don’t have to be a top athlete to use stretching. But how many people practice stretching regularly, and how many use stretching before going to bed? I mean, after a whole day of work, don’t you need to stretch? At least I think there are a considerable number of people out there needing a good stretch. I admit that for some people - those with mostly soft muscle and over flexed joints - stretching isn’t for them. I suppose that the answer for those people is more training without stretching.”
