“Burpees for a Cause” to Benefit Children with Cystic Fibrosis

“Claire has been a personal inspiration to me as she is to everyone who meets her. She always lights up the room as she educates people about cystic fibrosis, and I wanted to help Claire’s Place and have some “fit fun” at the same time,” said Blair.

WHAT:    Nationally and internationally recognized personal trainer Jeff Blair will host “Burpees for a Cause” on June 22 at his personal training studio, SoCalSport & Fitness in Los Angeles, to benefit Claire’s Place Foundation, Inc. Pledges will be collected for burpees performed during a 90 second period.

Burpees are a very challenging exercise made popular by personal trainers to help clients cut fat and increase overall fitness. Blair, a Los Angeles franchisee of Fitness Revolution, is using them to help raise money for Claire’s Place.

“Claire has been a personal inspiration to me as she is to everyone who meets her. She always lights up the room as she educates people about cystic fibrosis, and I wanted to help Claire’s Place and have some “fit fun” at the same time,” said Blair.
