With a major initiative toward defect assessment and elimination, the company demonstrated their highest "Outstanding" percentage over the past 10 years. Once again, Clark & Reid was awarded the Platinum Performance Award from Cartus, the world's largest relocation management company. The Satisfaction Scores for 2011, are tracking even higher than 2010.

In addition to being recognized for their excellent service, Clark & Reid Company, Inc. has recently taken several steps to enhance the company's community service while still focusing on continued growth.
Recently, Clark & Reid became a proud sponsor of the Internship Program with Learning Prep School of Newton, Mass. Learning Prep School is an innovative educational school for students with language-based learning disabilities. Every week, a core group of students arrive at headquarters and perform life skill functions working with the billing, accounting and marketing departments.
The company's "Moves for Charities" program has been renewed for 2011. This program enables corporate clients and relocation management companies to pre-approve a percentage of their total 2011 expenses with Clark & Reid to be given to a charity of their choice. The participating clients shall receive a year end check and a plaque, along with a check presentation ceremony.
Over the past 180 days, the company has added more Fortune 500 clients to their HHG Domestic portfolio, three very large clients for their International Division (including one of the largest US government divisions), and 22 new craftsmen/retailers are utilizing the white glove services of Clark & Reid's Fine Furniture Delivery business unit.
Clark & Reid Executive Relocation has doubled the size of their fleet since the summer of 2010 due to the development of a proprietary costing tool matched with a new Driver Compensation Model, both designed to ensure positive driver income throughout an entire trip. They look to continue this expansion throughout 2011.
