While sizzling temperatures and crop-destroying droughts besiege the nation, Fathom continues to grow with new big clients, products, and people. The company has recently signed Speck Products, the Silicon Valley-based designer of cases for mobile devices and MacBooks, to a digital marketing and revenue acquisition engagement. It has also signed the MLS’ Columbus Crew for email marketing while significantly expanding its relationship with American Greetings to include consulting on its Web analytics reporting.

These and other new client acquisitions have required the help of new people to deliver on the company promise to create profitable revenue for its clients by solving problems in today's complex digital landscape. Some of the company’s summer hires include Nathan Christofaris, a public relations intern; Paul Ryland and Francesca Luppino, copywriter interns; Melissa Mathews, an SEO intern; Saimah Haque, an internal marketing intern; Bridget Barrett, an enterprise client intern; Matt Keirsey and Joshua Gale, email marketing specialists; Matt Fieldman, a senior account executive; Brittany Potter, an SEO specialist; and Haley Hite, a copywriter.

Earlier this year, Fathom launched predictive analytics and marketing automation services under a new email-based solution called "Fathom Actify."

Recent awards included being named to The Plain Dealer’s “Top Workplaces 2012” and AdAge’s “25 Largest U.S. Search-Marketing Agencies” by revenue. A Fathom case study of a client’s success with video and social media was a finalist in the 2012 SoMe Awards. Finally, the company’s intranet will compete in Nielsen Norman Group's Intranet Design Annual 2013.
