cleverbridge has launched an Asian customer service operation in Shanghai, China, expanding its customer support across three continents.

cleverbridge, a global e-commerce provider for digital products, has launched an Asian customer service operation in Shanghai, China. The opening of this facility extends cleverbridge’s global customer support network across three continents: Asia, Europe and North America.

“2010 was an extremely successful year for our organization with order volume in the Asia Pacific region growing more than 20 fold,” said cleverbridge CEO and co-founder Christian Blume. “Bringing customer support to Asia allows us to provide our clients with native-speaking representatives, not only bridging language barriers but also cultural differences. We have tripled the number of Asian-focused customer service representatives, and are well positioned to grow in these important markets, which enables our clients to expand their business in these regions.”

In addition to providing native language support in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and Turkish from our facilities in Chicago, USA, and Cologne, Germany, cleverbridge customer support representatives are now bringing the same quality of service to customers throughout Asia. The cleverbridge customer support team currently includes Japanese native speakers, with Chinese and Korean language support soon to follow.
