San Francisco-based Climb Real Estate Group is pleased to announce their affiliation with Sasha Lupercio, who will join the real estate team as Sales Associate. An accomplished residential real estate agent, Lupercio comes to Climb with over 3 years of sales experience in residential general brokerage.
“I joined Climb Real Estate Group because I wanted to be able to relate to my colleagues, exchange information about experiences within the business, and most importantly, build my business,” Lupercio said.
Lupercio comes from a real estate family. In fact, she comes from a long line of successful Realtors. With real estate in her blood, she is always looking for a great investment whether it's a condominium, single family home, multi-unit buildings, and new construction projects. She enjoys spending time walking new development sites in order to inform her clients of what is up and coming.
"We are delighted to celebrate Sasha coming to Climb Real Estate Group as a Sales Associate," said Michelle Balog, Sales Director. "We are pleased to have such a talented and dedicated agent join our growing roster of sales agents."
“I have done in excess of eight million dollars of transactions with Sasha Lupercio and have found her to be a top-notch professional. Climb is extremely fortunate to benefit from her sales skills, friendly demeanor and in-depth knowledge of interior design,” said Kevin Birmingham, a Broker Associate at Climb. “Sasha is a rising leader for the San Francisco Association of Realtors and is an appointed committee member of the Young Professionals Network.”
Lupercio grew up in Visalia, in California's Central Valley. After obtaining her real estate license while in high school, Lupercio attended the University of San Francisco to study business entrepreneurship. She currently lives in Lower Pacific Heights.
