Healthcare Interactive, a Maryland-based healthcare cloud services company, today announced the launch of a new Member Relationship Management suite as part of their SaaS-based Point to Point Healthcare™ platform built on the Healthspace Cloud®. The healthcare campaign builder toolkit simplifies communications and member engagement, encourages better health, manages health risk and generates cost savings. This new capability applies the proven power of incentive and reward-based consumer marketing technology to healthcare plans seeking new ways to control costs by involving members in their own health.

Point to Point Healthcare™ enables high-cost, high-risk member populations to be identified before catastrophic health costs are incurred. Risk stratification of a target population is made possible through a sophisticated data management and analytics engine. HCI currently integrates HIPAA-compliant member health data from ASOs including Wellpoint, BCBS-CA, Aetna, UnitedHealth and Cigna. HCI also integrates data from TPAs such as Meritain, UPMC, MAA, and Loomis, to name just a few.

Once the data is in place, the campaign builder toolkit can be customized, scaled and deployed to engage high-risk members in disease management or health coaching programs. The campaign builder toolkit can also be used to engage an entire population for customer service, utilization review, wellness, health screenings and other programs requiring consolidated communications and simplification for member interaction. Members receive HIPAA-compliant program notification via an online web portal, mobile devices, email or text message. Participants can even participate in programs such as health risk assessments or health coaching directly via mobile application.

Flexible incentive management includes defined incentives such as premium reduction or gift cards, as well as point systems that reward members for participation. As campaigns progress, the sponsoring organization has real-time insight into the success of the program, including participation rates and program utilization. ROI and other program metrics demonstrate the success of the program and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
