Tiverity, an award-winning Unified Communications (UC) and Contact Center systems integration firm, has launched CloudSpeak by Tiverity, a cloud-based Unified Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS) offering for small to mid-size businesses. CloudSpeak allows SMB organizations to have cutting-edge phone systems, telephony features, IM, Presence, and Collaboration, much like their Fortune 500 counterparts. The foundation platform for CloudSpeak is the CommunicationsCloud, around which future services are being developed.
