eMaint Enterprises Adds New Scheduling Tool to its CMMS Software Package

eMaint Enterprises announced today that an enhanced Scheduling Feature has been added to its premier product, X3 CMMS. The new scheduling tool in eMaint X3 allows for easily viewing and assigning labor resources to the backlog of open work orders on a calendar display that offers fully customizable views.

eMaint Enterprises announced today that an enhanced Scheduling Feature has been added to its premier product, X3 CMMS.

The new Scheduling tool allows for easily viewing and assigning labor resources to the backlog of open work orders on a calendar display that offers fully customizable views. System users can view assigned and unassigned work on the calendar, assign resources to the work orders, make schedule adjustments, and color-code the calendar display for easy visualization of the workload.

The idea for the enhancement originated on eMaint’s “Idea Port”, a popular feature on the eMaint web site where customers can both suggest new features and vote on submitted ideas they’d like to see incorporated into the Maintenance Management Software.

“There are many CMMS software solutions on the market and a high rate of implementation failure,” said Brian Samelson, CEO and founder of eMaint. In spite of that statistic, eMaint enjoys a 96% customer retention rate.

“We believe the IdeaPort, and our ability to respond to customer requests for new product enhancements, is one of the contributing factors to our high rate of retention,” commented Hannelore Fineman, executive vice president.
