CMP Resolutions have been in the workplace mediation and conflict management industry for more than 20 years and are one of the most recognised names when it comes to assisting companies resolve workplace issues.
The new Courage to Manage program represents the next step in helping businesses to adopt change for a positive impact in the workplace. The course is aimed at:
Managers who need to provide feedback, manage performance, and develop their team.
Managers who need to raise tricky issues, speak up for themselves, and confront others.
Managers who want to have the courage and competence to manage any difficult conversation well.
As a business, CMP work with employers to maximise productivity, engagement and well-being by closing, managing and preventing negative conflict. CMP Managing Director Katherine Graham can be seen talking about the new 'Courage to Manage' program via video where she says the "program will enable managers who can have difficult conversations about appraisals, behaviour and attitudes that result in a constructive outcome."
88.1 percents of respondents to the eLearning Guild’s 2010 research agreed that, “When setup and used properly, synchronous online sessions are as effective as good face‐to face‐classroom sessions.”
There is value in learning from others and live feedback from a skilled trainer, so we have developed a time-efficient Blended Learning package which is made up of:
Synchronous e‐Learning: Your managers come online simultaneously from their desks and complete the eLearning over three half-hour sessions. This builds motivation, allows them to connect with their colleagues, allows geographically dispersed managers to interact, and gives them access to the trainer online who facilitates the learning programme.
Review and feedback on learners’ personal work completed during the eLearning.
A 30-minute telephone coaching session for each candidate when needed.
Two-hour classroom session to expose the learners to role-play and live feedback from the trainer.
