Gold Lasso Launches RegReady - The First and Only Transparent Co-Registration Marketplace

With RegReady, marketers can build email lists and find leads by placing co-registration ads with selected publishing partners. Web site publishers can easily monetize their Web forms, reject advertisers, and are guaranteed top market price for ad space using an auction based system.

The advertiser doesn't pay unless someone opts-in, and fees are based on the auctioning of the co-registration ad placement.

Gold Lasso, Inc. (]], a leading provider of on-demand email marketing software, has announced that it is launching RegReady, the first and only co-registration network that uses bidding for position providing advertisers with a true market price and publishers control over their advertising partners that result in 100% transparency.

"This is truly performance based advertising, and a first for co-registration. Until now, this model did not exist. It gives true market control to both advertisers and publishers," says Jeremy Dempsey, Vice President of Co-Registration Services for Gold Lasso. "The advertiser doesn't pay unless someone opts-in, and fees are based on the auctioning of the co-registration ad placement."

Current co-registration programs operate as a black box system where publishers and advertisers don't know who the other is that results in little control of campaigns and reduced performance.

RegReady gives advertisers and publishers complete control over campaigns. The advertiser does not pay unless someone opts in, with minimum bids starting at ten-cents per field. In addition, advertisers have control over the placement of their ads by selecting their publishing partners. Publishers who choose to monetize their website sign-ups can reject advertiser bids. This transparency facilitates a performance based advertising strategy creating a true marketplace.

"Co-registration is considered to be the most ethical way to build a list fast because all website visitors are opting in to receive information. RegReady will change the black box model giving marketers control over their programs. When companies are able to bid for their placement they have control over where and how their brand and information will appear instead of relying on an intermediary," says Dempsey. "As list attrition has become an important issue in the direct marketing industry, co-registration has gained importance as a way to grow lists that generate results."

RegReady is currently entering Phase II of its beta period with hundreds of users including MarketingSherpa, iMedia Connection, Marketing VOX, North American Publishing and AdRants, among others. "Co-registration has been largely untapped by many marketers because of the black box system that does not guarantee placement. By creating a completely new platform that allows for bidding, campaigns will be planned more effectively," says Dempsey.
