West Hawk Signs a Drilling and Development Agreement

August 8, 2006. West Hawk Development Corporation is pleased to announce that it has formally entered into a Drilling and Development Agreement for a 5120 acre property located in the center of the Piceance Basin, Colorado. Under the Drilling and Development Agreement, the Company has committed at a minimum to drill 4 wells in year 1, 8 wells in year 2, and 12 wells in year 3. West Hawk Tests Coal-to-Gas with LURGI SA (Pty) Limited

July 19, 2006 – Vancouver, B.C.    West Hawk Development Corporation is pleased to announce the advancement of both social processes and technical evaluation for its Mackenzie Valley Coal-to-Gas Project in Northwest Territories, Canada. Successful, preliminary meetings with Elders and Business Executives followed by public meetings with residents of Tulita and Norman Wells, NWT, have recently been conducted.
